On Wednesday during our daily visits with Dylan we were informed that at the request of the prosecutors, they no longer want us to bond and visit the kids. The prosectors are also investigating the babyhouse and their procedures. Personally I just think they are trying to break the bond we have with the kids.
We weren't really sure if this was temporary or if it was for good. As we were saying our good-byes to Dylan and I brought him back to his room, it then hit me that it may be the last time we see Dylan!!!
On Thursday we were told that we cannot see the kids until we get a positive decision in court.
If we can't see Dylan then why stay here???? We stayed here 4 months because we could not leave without him, but now they really don't leave us a choice!! Who knows, maybe they'll begin the visits again after their investigations are over but we can't waste our time waiting around for people who don't care about us and especially who don't care about these beautiful kids.
We sent in our 2nd appeal on July 26th and we are now waiting for our regional court date with the 3 judge panel by approximately the end of August. If that is another denial, we then appeal again and our last court will be the Superior court which should be about November or December. We do not need to be here for these court dates.
We've been going crazy trying to find a flight back home because there are no seats available with the tickets we already have. We are now booking with another airline because we can no longer stay here suffering because we can't see Dylan.
We don't have the heart to go say our last good-bye to Dylan because it will just destroy us even more. We cannot live another good-bye like when we left him in December and this time it would be so much worse!!!!! These past couple of days have been the worse days of our lives!!!!!!!!!
We are leaving Taraz on Sunday night and will be with our other coordinator Sveta in Almaty until we leave on Tuesday.

I dont normally comment on blogs but I came across yours and it makes me sick to my stomach knowing what you have had to endure and are still enduring. I cant believe that you are having to leave Kaz without your baby not knowing when you will see him again. My heart aches for you and I cant imagine ever having to be in the situation your in and how I would deal with it. I just wanted to let you know my thoughts are with you and your son Dylan and I will keep following your blog for a positive outcome!
