Today Annie and Eric (adopting twins), are the 2nd Canadian Couple to have obtained a "Positive Decision" from the courts.

They were the 1st couple to arrive in Taraz early Nov/2009 out of the 8 couples. They were also the 1st couple to have been refused. We called ourselves the Taraz 10 because we are 8 couples adopting 10 kids from Kazakhstan in the region of Taraz whom were all refused in 2010 because of the problems in this area.

Fil and I, Annie and Eric are the only Canadians to have gone all the way to Supreme court in November 2010 and were requested to re-start the process at the Municipal Court of Taraz. .

We are so happy for them and would like to CONGRATULATE THEM!!!
